Database Distribution Does Not Exist. Make Sure That The Name Is Entered Correctly.

Here is the scripts to check if distribution database is exist or not and the script to drop distribution database.

Show available distributor db on the server from Metadata.
select * from msdb.dbo.MSdistpublishers

Delete Distribution from Metadata.
Delete from msdb.dbo.MSdistpublishers

Drop distribution database.
sp_dropdistributiondb 'distribution'

Drop Distribution.
USE master
EXEC sp_dropdistributor @no_checks = 1
